Small Group Training
Prefer the motivation of a group with personal attention? Train with 4 to 8 people in focused sessions that balance coaching, structure and variety. Our schedule includes Strength Club for progressive strength, Cross Training for conditioning and power, BBB Glutes and Core for targeted lower-body work, Hyrox-inspired conditioning, and specialist courses like Olympic Weightlifting and calisthenics. You get clear coaching every session so technique improves while results add up week to week. We’ll help you choose the right mix of classes for your goals during a free intake or trial. Whether you want to build raw strength, tighten up technique, or add performance conditioning, we’ll point you to the sessions that fit your level and routine, then keep you accountable so you keep showing up.

Nutrition Coaching
Training works best when your nutrition supports it. We include practical, sustainable nutrition guidance alongside your program and check-ins, so you know how to eat for strength, fat loss, or performance without guesswork. This is part of how we help you make measurable progress and feel better in and out of the gym. If you want more structure, we’ll align your training and nutrition during your free intake and outline simple actions you can follow between sessions. That way your plan is complete, realistic, and built around your routine rather than fighting it.

Open gym + coaching
Want independence with a coach in your corner? Get your own digital key for daily open-gym access 06:00-22:00 and meet your coach every four weeks to review progress and update your plan. You’ll train on a personalized program designed by an expert coach, with regular check-ins for accountability and adjustments so you keep moving forward even when life gets busy. It’s the most affordable way to combine guidance with full flexibility. Starting is simple. Book an intake, install your key, and begin following your plan on your schedule. When you hit a plateau or your goals evolve, your coach steps in at the next check-in to refine the program and keep results coming.
